He very efficient, made sale easy and comfortable

This is our 3rd transaction with Scott. He is always professional and has done an outstanding job with each transaction, sold same day we listed each time. If you listen to his suggestions it definitely pays off!

Scott was a big help to us through the buying process. With the market as tough as it is it is not as easy to be on the buying side right now and he stuck it out with us until we found our home. He was available to look at homes with our schedule and we really enjoyed working with him.

Scott is a Pro's pro. My girlfriend found him through Zillow and he proved himself almost immediately by jumping head first into our house search. I was relocating from Los Angeles, CA to Irving, TX so it was paramount the realtor I worked with knew the area and was well versed in property values. When you're buying a home that's over half a million, it isn't just going to be where you live - it's going to be an investment. Needless to say, Scott crushed it. He showed me more than 5 houses a day. Some I picked out - others he picked out. He warned me of things to watch out for in certain houses we looked at that I would have otherwise missed. Things that would have been costly. Eventually he found me my dream house and we got it for UNDER asking! Not easy to do in this market. If you wanna waist time and be dazzled by some fancy realtor in a Maserati who has back door deals in place with housing developers, go to the other guy. Do you want one heck of a house at an unbelievable price? Go to Scott. He gets it done and walks with you all the way through signing.

Scott is the most ethical and knowledgeable realtor one can find. We are very luck to find him, he helped us buy and later sale our property. In both transactions he kept our interest at the top.

We had already moved out of the house and Scott left his warm home on cold night before a big winter storm and probably saved us thousands of dollars by getting the water dripping in the faucets.

Scott was professional in every way, and I will use him again when I am ready to purchase or sell another home in Texas.

Scott was incredibly patient with us while we searched for a new home. He was knowledgeable and provided sound counsel throughout the entire process, which ended up taking quite a while due to the lack of inventory. Scott has the highest ethics of any Real Estate agent we have worked with over the years. Throughout a terminated Escrow on the first property selected Scott maintained a strong disciplined approach looking out for our interests and fully supported our decision to walk away when the sellers failed to resolve a key issue. Scott was great again! The pictures were amazing. He constantly followed up with showing agents to get feedback. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market and comparable sales. He was able to help us sell a home that was not particularly easy to sell. Although we moved out of state, we would definitely use Scott again if we moved back to the DFW area and were in the market for a home.

Scott is the best! He never tried to pressure us into any particular house. He always did a great job at listening to our specific needs and found houses to show that met those specific needs. Scott was also readily available no matter what time or day we reached out to him. There were also several times we called him about a house and he would show it to us the same day or the next at the latest. The only negative thing about us finding a house is that our business relationship with Scott is over. I would love to keep in touch with him or have a beer sometime! Great agent!

Scott was hand-selected by an REMAX agent we used in SLC, UT many times - Chris Ross - and as usual we got only the best - Scott was a dream to work with- we had a very short timeline for finding a home (3 days) and wanted to have the transaction complete within 6 weeks. Scott stayed in contact with everyone involved, builder, lender, etc... and on top of everything, helping us find the perfect home and complete the transaction on schedule.
